Most other contractors wanted to see the insurance paperwork and then wanted to get the insurance to pay more or refused to bid. CIM came in and never asked to see the insurance estimate -- they simply bid the project and were right on the dime as far as what my insurance estimate was. That tells me that CIM has integrity. CIM arrived on time and did a GREAT job. They have what other contractors lack: intelligence. Ian consulted with us on various issues along the way and gave us good advice. The whole job was completed with superior craftsmanship. The kitchen and powder room look brand new. The tile looks great. CIM takes care to lay down barriers so that your carpet, deck, whatever is not damaged. Ian and his crew are terrific and we would hire them again in a minute to do any other remodeling or construction.
