She maintains the highest level of professionalism and the most focused attention to detail we've ever encountered in the real estate profession. She provides consistent and timely updates every step of the way. Her work for us has been flawless, as both buyers and sellers. Cherie definitely stands tall in a crowded business with many mediocre players. We highly recommend her for any real estate transaction and she will earn her commission.
Description of Work: Cherie has represented us for two home sales and two home purchases. As our selling agent, she prepared outstanding marketing material, spent time setting realistic expectations, explained her approach thoroughly, and assisted in impeccably staging our homes. As a buyer's agent, she explained all paperwork thoroughly, showed us as many properties as we desired, and acted as a true advocate for our best interests. She completed all paperwork impeccably and submitted it punctually.
