 + -1 moreAs I said before, Charlie really got to know us and understand what we wanted/needed and then he found it. He never pressured us, he played with our kids while we looked at houses so that we could look with undivided attention (our kids love him), he is honest, kind and fun to work with. He made the process of buying our home enjoyable, always maintaining a sense of humor. He responded to every question with a smile. He did a wonderful job marketing our home to sell and it sold in just under 2 weeks. We cannot recommend Charlie enough!
Description of Work: Charlie Allen found us our dream house and helped us sell our beloved, first home. He met with us, talked to us about what we wanted and needed in a new house and he started his search. We looked at several houses so that he could get a better feel for what we liked and before we knew it we were moving into our dream house and our house was up for sale!
