+ 1 moreDavid came to look at the deck and see what it would cost to repair. He came back with 2 options depending on what we wanted specifically in the end. We wanted him to start with the roof that had not been cleaned to remove moss and the nine year old roof looked almost new after the cleaning. The deck was repaired and had a better material placed on it to waterproof the beam supporting the deck.
Description of Work: Roof was cleaned, found leak where vent needs to be replaced, removed rotten wood and partial beam to repair and apply new materials on deck, painted trim on house and applied new waterproof decking that had to be replaced.
