"Hi [Member Name Removed] - email is a beautiful thing, but as you can imagine a single email can sometimes be overlooked in the volume of emails our office receives. Appreciate that you did reach out and hope you found someone to perform your work for you."
Didn't get to use them but I'm sure it would have gone well!
"[removed members name] comments speak volumes. It is our policy to promptly respond to all inquiries, even if we are too backlogged to perform the work. I believe that this policy is exemplary conduct within our industry because we don't leave our clients wondering if we will ever get back to them. We also consider it our paramount duty to not make false promises to do work that we can't perform in a timely manner. We believe that saying NO is in the best interest of the inquiring party. I also believe that it is unfair to our reputation to be downgraded when no work was ever performed by us. In other words, [removed members name] was never our client."
