I would not use them again in the future.

The experience was very good. I had difficulty with my floor but it wasn't them. My floor had been exposed to the elements and it was wet. They were very good about coming and testing and waiting until it had dried out enough. They put in the additional floor and gave it two coats with the understanding that they would come back and do a third coat when it was completely dried out. He would have liked to have held off a little bit more but it was my push to get in the house. It was a reasonable solution. He was very good. This is the second time I've used them.

They were early by a few minustes, which is a good sign. They were very responsible and did the job over two days.

Paul did a wonderful job. Showed great attention to detail when giving estimate. Very responsive to questions. His patchwork is hard to detect, unlike some earlier patchwork. Very professional, very thorough, and very good clean-up. Also very responsive about coming back to finish up a couple of small things. High quality work and the floors look great, much superior to refinish work done by another company for the previous owners. Price seemed high at first glance, but it included extra coat, stairs, and extra patch work.

great! we called on very short notice and paul was very responsive and helpful. he came when he said he would, did a great job and left the house really clean.

The work took about two and a half days to complete. They came in the first day and took up the old flooring and sanded the the floors down. They covered everything in our kitchen with plastic and sealed it with tape to avoid dust getting on our appliances and into our cabinets. The second day had them putting on the finish and the stain. In the end, our floors look fantastic and we could not be happier.
