She ''got'' me pretty quickly and we looked at probably about 30 houses before I made an offer. She did some additional negotiating after we had already signed papers and cheerfully offered to do such things as sit at my house while the cable was installed and I had to be at work. I know she has helped other clients after the fact in many different ways. She's really a ''full service'' broker. Definitely tell her you read about her on Angie's List.
