The Cascade Oil crew was very prompt and friendly. The entire process of removing the old unit, cleaning the ducts throughout the house, fabricating new sheetmetal ducts and flue pipe to connect to the new furnace, and installing the new unit itself was very smooth and took less than a day. Everything was done in a neat, professional way. Thoughtful details included programming our new therostat to match our old settings for us, and walking through the new unit's operation. It was evident that the company cared about our business when their VP/GM stopped by to check in on the progress and thank us for our business. All in all it was great experience.

They were the better bargain. I don't prefer to get my oil tank filled at will so i ask them to call me in advance. They salesman is an old school loud, overpowering man. (*Yes, I'm a woman) I had to d*** near yell to get a word in but at 20cents off per gallon at first fill, I couldn't complain. I also requested a measuring stick so that i can know when they should refill them. It took a couple of months to get my stick. I didn't care because had a full tank. The service contract came with a tune'up for my furnace. All in all, even though I don't care for old school men, this is an overall great company and I will use them.

10/27/10 So, OK. I've been a client now for a little less than a year. I'm changing my 4Star rating to 3Stars. Initially, they gave me a good discount in the but when it came time to fill up my tank they cut that discount by 50%. Umm...it was only a few months later. Guess I wasn't a customer they cared to lure in anymore since now I was under contract. Basically, I feel reeled in and swindled especially since their prices when up by $0.40 cents a gallon. Wow!!! That's a lot of money when you're filling up a 200gallon tank. Let's be serious. That's over an extra hundred dollars when you factor in the tax.

The annual service contract to service the furnace was less than stellar. It really depends on who comes to your house. The first year, the guy did a great job. The second year, the guy half assed it. It was great. He didn't even check off some of the boxes b/c he didn't tune-up some of the parts on the furnace! I'm paying $200 for this?!?
As far as the discount goes, I feel as though their prices are always going up and only call to see if I want a 'fill up' when the prices have just gone up. When I mention this they say and quot;Oh, you should've called last week, they x-cents lower then per gallonand quot;. Great. Guess that's supposed to make me feel better?

However, I think this is just part and parcel with oil companies. Since I did call about 6 when I first moved in and Cascade seemed to come out ahead then, I might just keep them for another year - especially since I'm under contract!

They did a very good job and got it working. They are prompt, courteous, and have good people working for them. They provide us with oil, and we have a pretty big tank in our house. They come out once a year to carry out regular service. I am very pleased with them.

They took over from the company I was using, and so I just went with them. We have been using them for about 20 years now and have been satisfied with their service. I have an annual contract with them, and so it doesn't cost me anything when they come out to service the furnace. I think that their price is fair. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

My father has used this company and I thought I would give them a try. They were honest and helpful in giving us information in getting a new system. The cost of the labor to install a new furnace was high, so we went with someone else.

Quality scheduling via the Cascade Oil front desk, with quality repair work. We are very happy with their price and service.

CASCADE WORKED VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WORKED AROUND OUR SCHEDULE TO MAKE IT CONVENIENT FOR THEM TO COME OUT AND WORK ON OUR PROBLEM. THEY FOUND WHAT WAS WRONG AND FIXED THE PROBLEM QUICKLY.

THE BEST THING ABOUT CASCADE OIL IS THEIR SERVICE PEOPLE. THE GUYS THAT COME TO WORK OUR FURNACE EACH YEAR ARE SO FRIENDLY, THEY ARE LIKE PART OF THE FAMILY. CASCADE OIL IS A FULL-SERVICE COMPANY THAT PROVIDES OUR OIL, MAINTAINS OUR FURNACE AND COVERS ALL OUR HOME HEATING NEEDS.
