We shopped for our glass at 3 different suppliers in the Seattle area. Although Cascade didn't have the fanciest showroom, they did have a great price as well as many A+ reviews online. The people we dealt with, from the guys in the showroom, the fellow who came out to measure, as well as the installation guys, were all very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. We are very pleased with our glass and have absolutely no problems with it. My one issue is that they said it would be about 2 1/2 weeks to get the glass, and it actually took about 4 weeks. Overall, we are satisfied and would definitely hire them again if the need should arise.

Excellent. I called on Monday, panicked because we're putting our house on the market. They were out on Tuesday morning for an estimate and did the repair work on Wednesday! I couldn't be happier! I will definitely use them again!

Beautiful glass and perfect fit. Extremely friendly and great to work with. Always punctual and installers worked very efficiently. Final price turned out to be significantly higher than initial estimate and timing was such that I could not shop around. They said that the estimates were based on my questionable measurements, but when compared to theirs it looked the same. Ultimately very happy with the shower, the contemporary look, and have received many compliments.

Very well. The salesman in the office answered all my questions and directed me to the door best suited for what I wanted. The on-site salesman, who came out to measure prior to the door being ordered, was also very knowledgeable. The door was custom made and delivered in just a few weeks. They scheduled the install w/in a few days of it arriving at the showroom, and it was in place in a matter of hours. It looks wonderful and works beautifully.

CASCADE GLASS IS A SMALL COMPANY, BUT VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. THEY TAKE EXTRA CARE TO ENSURE THE WORK IS DONE CORRECTLY, AND WERE A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. THEY WERE PROMPT, AND SEEMED REASONABLY PRICED.
