I think this store is outstanding!!
We are a family with multiple printers, and unfortunately there isn't anyone in the house who really understands them. For many years we have purchased ink cartridges from Cartridge World, but the last two years we have started to actually bring the troubled printers in as well.
Every employee we have ever encountered has taken the time to help us understand not only the ink cartridges, but the printers as well. They are patient, very knowledgeable, and really understand the nuances and fickle temperaments these machines can sometimes have. My last visit was like a tutorial, I learned more information than the manual provided. The store is conveniently located and parking is easy.
