Overall Carpet Pros did a good job. They took awhile to schedule but they showed up on time and worked really hard to make sure it was a quality installation. During the process they scratched up the walls because they didn't protect them, but I called the manager after the install and she came out the next day to inspect it and offered to pay for touching up the paint.

I wasn't very happy that they didn't show up until the middle of the day and the job took two days. However, the two guys that did the work were very friendly and helpful to me.
