The owner was amazingly responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. He sent an email to me immediately after posted the job on ANGI, I called and he made arrangements to view my non-functioning fountain later the same day. He assessed the problem accurately where prior services had not. He made time the next day to clean, remove old caulk & re-caulk the fountain and start it up. His price was ver reasonable for the work done. I am very pleased with the responsiveness, assessment and the work done! I highly recommend Caring Landscape and Maintenance.

I my Earlier post I had given a rating of 0 Star to George because of the work not completed and to my satisfaction. George and Home Advisor quickly followed up with me and George came with his crew and located the stations which were hidden in my property. He also gave an estimate to fix them. I take back my previous comments, please go ahead and have George take care of your issues. He is a good professional. I will have him come again and take care of my sprinkler system.

Got 2 bids for this job at my North Seattle rental. George was very personable and the lower bid. He had his crew come out the following weekend and power through most of the job (retaining wall, install sod and over seed side yard). Good communication and follow through on the whole job.

The cost surprised me a bit, seemed a bit on the high side for some of the tasks, but I was very satisfied by the quality & timeliness of the work. George Ortiz was very conscientious about making everything as it was agreed to and then some.

Fast and complete. George listened well and did not cut corners. The french drain was done right. We had yellow jackets that I did not know about and the crew eliminated the pests as part of the job. I will use them for annual cleanup and other landscape and yard maintenance work. We were very satisfied.

Charges a little higher than standard pricing for my area, but in this case, you get what you pay for. Very responsive and does a great job. I have used this service for my personal home as well as my rental property and will continue to use them.

Caring Landscape did an excellent job! George contacted me right a way, came out and gave me a bid same day. He was able to start the job a week earlier then expected. He and his crew showed up early on a Friday Morning did a lot of prep work taking out tree roots, that had been left by tree service co. Laid the sod Saturday morning, and was done by 2PM! Talk about instant gratification, my back yard is transformed! George and his crew did an amazing job, top quality and put a lot of care into the job, worth every penny! I highly recommend CLS for any job, my only complaint is I didn't call them sooner!
