I was blown away by the customer service at this location. I called on Monday to make an appointment to use the Groupon I had just purchased, for detailing of my car. I mentioned that I was going to be at a conference all day in their neighborhood (about 1.5 miles away) two days later on Wednesday. But my conference started at 9 am, and their location opened at 9 am. Without a key drop off option, I wouldn't have time to leave my car at 9 when they opened and still make it walking to my conference location. Tommy immediately offered to come pick up my car at the hotel for me. I emailed him all of the info, and he called me promptly at about 8:45 am on Wednesday. He was waiting out front of the hotel, and took my car back to the shop. At the end of my session, I walked to their location to check in. They said they had about 1 hour left of work, and offered me their waiting room. I had my laptop with me, and was able to plug in and get some work done while I waited. Shortly after I got settled, Will, a manager I believe, came over to check in and make sure that everything had gone smoothly with the pick up that morning. I assured him it had. I sat and worked for almost two hours before realizing that the forecasted hour had come and gone. At that point, another associate noticed that I had been there for a while, and he asked me if I was waiting for my car. I told him which car was mine, and he promptly went off to check on it for me. Shortly thereafter, a different gentleman came over with my key and told me I was all set. Overall, everyone at the shop was polite, professional, and extremely courteous. They definitely went out of their way to make sure I was being taken care of. The only slight downside was the extra hour on top of their estimate that it took for them to finish the detailing. But the results were worth it. My 11 year old car looks brand new inside!

This is the first time I've used them. The quality of the work and the time involved was good. The process that they use with getting in and getting out was good. They were honest with their pricing.

THE SERVICE WAS GOOD...WE HAD TO WAIT A WHILE TO GET HELP BUT THEN IT WAS GOOD AND THE STEREO WAS INSTALLED WITHIN THE TIME FRAME THE SALESPERSON QUOTED TO US. THE STEREO WORKS WELL AND WE ARE PLEASED WITH OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE.
