Our initial encounter was as he was going around the neighborhood on a sunny day offering to mow lawns. We took him up on it and worked very hard and did a fine job for a very low introductory rate. We decided to hire him for weekly lawn clippings until the lawn browns out. My only complaint is that its clipped a little short so there are brown areas, but I let him know and he's fixed that. He also pressure washed our deck in anticipation of grilling season. I wasn't home but my neighbor told me he worked on it for at least 5 hours for 150$ and I was very happy with the result. He's not a slick large company and honestly don't know if he's bonded or anything like that but he's hard working, does a fine job for a very reasonable rate and I've had neighbors use him and are happy with the work.
