Cadence Concepts was referred by our favorite plumber, Button Plumbing. Immediately, we liked our first impression of Allen. He was informative, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He sent us a detailed bid via email: cost, type of paint, work will be performed, and an approximate time to finish the job. What we liked most about Allen was that he was always respectful and patient with all of our concerns. We were able to communicate with him via email, text, or phone that we knew that he and his assistant, Alex, will perform an excellent work painting the house. The type of paint and sheen recommended by Allen made house look new and beautiful. If you looked at the house close up, you can see how heavy the paint was applied. Cadence Concepts deserves to be on the Angie's List !!
Description of Work: Paint the exterior of our home: -Hand scrape all peeling and chipping paint. -Patch/putty craters in deteriorated facia board -Fill nail holes with caulking -Prime all bare wood surfaces -Paint body -Paint trim -Replace 2-4'x12' siding, 1-4'x8' siding, 2-3'x4' siding
