C P Carpenter

Phil was terrific to work with from day one when we met him for an estimate (we received 2 other bids as well). He had come VERY highly recommended by 2 trusted designers so we had high expectations, which were all met during the project. Phil was sensitive to our budget and worked with us to carve out areas we could manage ourselves or items we could purchase direct to help us keep our costs down. We feel like he always looked for solutions keeping our finances in mind. Phil is an excellent communicator and always available by phone, text or email day or night. We felt 100% informed about the status of our project the entire time. He's very detailed and organized and always thinking ahead so he kept us on target. We would recommend Phil to anyone as he is "good people" as the saying goes. He is very experienced (30 years in construction), knowledgeable (best estimator in Seattle), meticulous (excellent carpenter and builder) and trustworthy. We think very highly of Phil and his subs. He's like family now and we're sad we won't see him everyday anymore. We're already putting together our list of future projects for CP Carpenter. We wouldn't even consider using anyone else.
