I hired Craig because he had built a deck for me and done other smaller jobs. He did what was needed while keeping me informed about options. For example, when replacing a part of a window frame he found more rot underneath. He told me that he could just leave that for now, if I wanted, and do it later, after the house painting. Craig is very personable and a pleasure to work with. The deck he built for me three years ago has stood the test of time, so I trust that his work on the windows is also of good quality.

Craig sat down with us and created a design. He did the work as scheduled, with no surprises. It looks great. My feeling is that the deck is well built. Since then we've gotten lots of complements and we enjoy the deck a lot. The interior part of the work blends well with what was there. He had an electrician come in and do the electrical part; he was great too. Craig is a joy to work with. We have had him come do several small jobs since then.
