Build N Save LLC

They did a little bit of work. They did maybe a third of the work and they got paid in full and then they picked up their tools and left and then they put a lien on my house saying that they want to get paid more. That company does the absolute minimum that they can and they try to extort money from people. Later, I got a lawyer and they did some investigation and we found out that they do this as a matter of custom. They made out with $24,000 and they did about $8,000 worth of work. Their work had to be redone and I had to get an inspector. The best thing I can say for them is that they took off some wall paper and they didn't screw that up.

We were referred to Build N Save by a friend who was having her bathrooms remodeled.  We had tried for weeks to find a company to come in and do just the tile work in our master bath, but all of the bids that we received were either double what we had budgeted, or were weeks out until they could start.  Johnny got us a quote within a few days of meeting us, and it was very, very reasonable.  Once the work started, he was very accommodating in our needs and worked with us to make it exactly like we wanted it.  His worker, Carlos, was very professional, hard working, punctual and has a great eye for detail.  The project came out exactly like we envisioned it, and we couldn't be happier with them.  We are already soliciting bids for other work, and are looking forward to working with Build N Save in the future!

We loved working with Build N Save.   They are great communicators, really care about our project and was on time and budget. We will use for next project.  This was our rental home and now we are looking at total remodel for our home.  They completely remodeled our kitchen and bath.  We used GS Cabinets and Granite, very fast and great quality, we love their tile guy and Johnny and Bijia are delightful. BNS is for real. They did what they said they would do.   Enjoy the journey.
