They were very professional from the estimate provided by Rachel to the installation by Jake and his associate.

I was very upset with them. I originally bought the blinds from them and once a year every year, I had to have them come out and fix the cords. The cords kept breaking. I actually bought the blinds when I was living in that house and the materials were blackout material and kind of heavy. I kept asking them, "Is this going to keep happening?" And then they kept saying no and that it was not going to happen again. On the next year, they came out again and after the third year, they said that it was not their problem anymore. I finally took the blinds to an expert that repairs blinds on my own dime. He had fixed them and they have been good for a year and a half now. I would rate their customer service as an F but part of the blinds that they did were fine. When they came out to fix them, they were punctual.

When they came out to put the blinds on the windows one was put on the wrong window. They ordered a new blind for the missing one at no cost to us. We were fine with the blind on the window that was incorrect it really good and matched. We were very pleased with the service we received.
