Our experiences with Steve were better than wonderful. He was very instructive from beginning to end, exceptionally communicative, hard-working and 1000% professional. He devised several options for each of our conundrums, spanning from least to most expensive, which was a really fantastic feature of his service; it really helped us feel in control of our environment, in a situation where both my husband and I were completely out of our elements. The only surprises were good ones.

Heard about an earthquake retrofit that he had done for an friend. He responded quickly and gave a very good estimate, lower than the other estimate we got. He was very prompt, easy to work with and completed the job before anticipated. Just a very thorough and nice person to work with, and did a great job.
