BROOKS RENOVATIONS LLC

Brooks Renovations (David Brooks and Ray Davoli) have worked in our home for 16 years.  They remodeled our kitchen, both bathrooms, all the rooms in the house actually.  This most recent time they corrected a botched, hardwood floor refinishing job--the only time we have used another contractor for interior work.  We had hired another firm last July and they had done a very poor job.  David and Ray had their flooring sub-contractor look at our floors and all agreed it needed corrective action.  We received our bid last year but did not go forward with the work right away--the bid was good for one year.  We recontacted Brooks Renovations in early April and arranged for the work to be done towards the end of the month when we could be off the floors for a couple of days.  Ray Davoli was on-site while the work was done.  The floors are now quite beautiful and look as we thought they should look the first time they were done.

As I said, we have used Brooks Renovations many times over the years.  We feel completely comfortable that they will stick with their bids.  They always make sure the rest of the house is protected from any work they are doing and clean up after each day's work.  We trust them completely to be in our home.  They make excellent, creative and artful suggestions.

The project included bathroom installation, stair re-building, re-wiring, and they sub-contracted the plumbing work. They were a total pleasure to work with and I'll definitely use them in the future for other projects!
