I have been very satisfied with him. He and I communicate well & easily change the job to get the best results.

Brooks was professional and easygoing. He showed up when he said he would. He was understanding about us changing our minds about colors. The quality of his work was excellent.

Very nice, but he didn't seem concerned with some details. He was responsive in correcting most of the things I pointed out. I will admit, I am a bit of a perfectionist. I can live with the job that he did, but I won't use him in the future.

Brooks did an excellent job. He answered my call immediately and put in a bid in a timely manner. He was on time starting and finishing the job and left the house clean. It looks great!

I found Brooks through Angie's list. He was very responsive from start to finish. He gave an estimate on the spot, was able to start relatively quickly and worked consistently until it was done. The work was done with a two-man crew (including Brooks). I preferred that to a larger crew that some of the big companies use. The price Brooks gave me was 2-4 times less than the other two estimates I got from big local companies. I don't know how his work compares with those companies, but I am happy with it. Therefore, I think the price was reasonable. He even pointed out that I should use non-toxic paint on the inside surfaces of the windows because we have a one year old child. Bottom line - Brooks did exactly what he said he'd do, when he said he'd do it. He's very honest.

They had meticulous workmanship and intelligent and respectful interaction. They have also done a wide variety of repairs for me. They are a pleasure to have around.
