I think the techs could be more gentle with the animals in my opinion, and their pricing is expensive. I would not recommend this vet.

It was good. The price was reasonable. It wasn't too expensive. They took care of our cat pretty well. The staff was friendly enough.

I have been taking my cats to Broadway Vet Hospital since 1996. I have a cat, who is now elderly and fragile, and I can't say enough about Dr. C*** and her gentle, thorough exams and professionalism. She accurately diagnosed intestinal cancer in this cat (before the ultrasound) and is working with me to manage my cat's health without a lot of additional tests or visits. I appreciate Dr. C***'s explanations about what is going on with my animals and also like her collaborative approach in making care decisions. While this vet clinic is a little more expensive than others, you get what you pay for. The reception staff, the technicians and the vets are all great. I have had the unfortunate experience of having to euthanize three other cats over the years and the care and compassion shown by the staff at this clinic was exemplary.

They were reasonable and I trust them. They care a lot for pets and discuss things before they do anything. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

This was a third in a row visit we've been very disappointed with and is causing us to find another vet. the vet our dog sees (Ms. C***) doesn't look into our dog's file prior to visit and recommends putting our pup back on a preventative medication that was completely ineffective as established during our previous visit. at that visit last spring she misdiagnosed a flea bite allergy for a food allergy causing our dog a full month of unnecessary suffering. also, the vet's injection technique appears very poor.

Dr. Shepherd said it would probably cost about $250. He did review Pal's xrays thoroughly with me saying he had seen some places of possible arthritis but nothing that would cause such a limp. He did see the hip dysplasia we've known about for years. I asked what I could do for Pal. He said, "Well, I've never seen a limp when he was here." And then he turned and left. Pal is 13 yrs old and it's not surprising he may have some problems. I had to ask the staff to go back and ask the doc if Pal could have a prescription of Rimadyl for occasional pain to take with his Glucosamide. I thought the vet's attitude implied lack of belief in me (I'm an RN and used to evaluating symptoms), I think he left Pal stranded with his problem and no one could explain why the cost was twice the estimate. In the past, Dr. Shepherd has handled Pal gently and seemed to care but this was such a disappointment I won't go back.. Building is very small and cramped. Parking very limited and awkward.

It went well - our dog typically does not like to be handled, but they are very patient with him. For example, if they look in one ear, and he gets upset, they give him some time to calm down again before looking in the other ear. We like this office because they have Saturday appointments, and it is usually easy to get a Saturday appointment. I think they are a little expensive, and each separate charge for each item seems expensive. For example, $30 for a fecal test, in addition to the $60 charge for the physical. We did not have to wait in the waiting room a long time, but once we were taken to an exam room, we waited in the small stuffy room for what seemed like a long time before the vet came in for the appointment.

They are very knowledgeable if you can get an appointment. The vets, other than the owner, seem to stay only a short while so no continuity.

They are quite expensive and I never knew which vet I was going to see. The charge for my dog's neutering was just over $300 which I thought was really high. The work they do is good, but the vets are never that friendly and I never know which one will show up in the examination room. They also pressure you quite heavily to buy certain products for your animals and always charge me for a pre-paid fecal sample ($35) each visit but I don't bring half of them in.

They are pretty expensive but the care is excellent. I think it is worth it because my pet is always taken care of. The veterinarians are very knowledgeable about everything that they do.
