They were great to work with, reasonably priced, did not gauge came right out.

The service was fantastic! I had an old door that had been modified many times, and it took a lot of work to line things up perfectly and install the new lock. The communication was great. The service was prompt, everything works perfectly and the price was extremely reasonable. I had considered trying to do it myself. I am glad I didn't. They took care of a tough job promptly and for a very reasonable price!

Bjorn was the locksmith. He was very punctual, courteous, and thorough. Offered security advice when asked, instruction on the use of the keypad deadbolt, and offered useful advice about our keys, un-asked.

The locksmith was punctual, quick and even recycled the hardware for us when he was done and helped to remove and old doorknocker we didn't want. I appreciated the very friendly service. We'll definitely call on them again!

It went really well and I could not be happier.  
 
The technician, "Bjorn", was professional and efficient.  He was on time and within there were 4 locks in total and Bjorn had them all done within an hour.  He even provided me with some interesting and helpful information about how this was done and the best part, for me, was he did not upsell anything - he gave me the information and options available once and I was able to make the right decision about what I needed. 
I would strongly recommend this company should you find yourself in need of da professional, knowledgeable and efficient Locksmith.  I'm keeping them as a resource for my future locksmith needs.

He did some work and left. I was able to open the door But on tryong to lock the door and reopen it - it wouldnt work. So I called and he came back to fix it. But on the inside he forgot to put the faceplate back so he had to come back to fix that. IT was just sloppy work

We like the contractor's work. He figured out how to navigate around the issue on existing door handle and adjusted perfectly. Great work...

I was hoping 65$ can cover all the labor... but it turned out I need to pay extra.

Other than this discomfort, very happy with the service.

We just bought a foreclosed house in Redmond and had no mailbox key. Broadway, came out very quickly after I called to replace the lock. They charge an extra $20 for servicing Redmond (they are based in Seattle) and I thought that was fair and two other eastside companies I called could not come out until at least a week later. The guy who came out was very prompt and friendly. Especially if you live in the Seattle area, I would highly recommend Broadway Locksmith.

They did good work, absolutely fantastic.  I wish all construction were like them.  They were quick to respond and their price is competitive to everyone else.  They came and took care of it within half an hour.  They were on time.  The guy was accustomed with locks and they are just amazing.  They were very accommodating and we were pretty impressed.  Their price is competitive.  Their communication is fantastic.  They were responsive and adjusted with our schedule.  They communicated well and as soon as we needed them, they were there.  Because it was a rented property, they got the job done pretty quickly so I don’t have to hang there for too long.  They were very professional and very courteous.

Have to say that the customer service along with the installation was remarkable. Eric was extremely quick to respond to all my questions and he was able to fit me in for a same day installation. Pricing was also the best. I will definitely use Broadway Locksmith again.
 

Locked myself out at night. Looked up Angie's list and found this locksmith. They called back within 5 minutes ,and got to my home in about 15 min. Professional and courteous service. Charge was $95 + tax. Other locksmiths charge up to $200. I put this number in my phone just in case and also for other services based on great service at reasonable price
