+ 0 moreNeil Chapman has been in the business for over 20 years. He shows up on time, he is honest, neat, meticulous, he cleans up after the jobs and all along the way. He is reasonably priced. He is up front with you on everything, he walks you through the process so there are no surprises. We would use him over and over again.
Description of Work: Neil Chapman is awesome. He is a general contractor but does framing and carpentry work himself. He has done remodels/additions on two homes we have owned. He manages the entire project. His subs are great. His quality of work is excellent. He has great ideas for remodeling and getting the most for you money.
