Brick Wall Building Services

Brick Wall is a contractor involved in major construction in our neighborhood. Their workers are remarkably unprofessional. They have a radio that they play so loud it interferes with my work even through the triple-pane glass in my house. I asked them politely to turn the radio down and they turned it up louder - so I can only assume their behavior is malicious. Although I have asked the supervisor of Brick Wall to ask them to turn down the radio so I can't hear it, his response was that I "need to understand them." In addition, they have thrown debris in our driveway and they park in the driveway on occasion. There is one particular worker who shouts constantly, not words, just strange noises. He also stares at us when we leave or enter the house. It is my impression that this is threatening behavior.
