We were in a hurry to buy a larger home before our new baby arrived and Brian was very helpful from the moment we met him at an open house. We called him on a Saturday morning and asked if he would be our agent and help us see some homes and he took us shopping the very next day. He was very patient, friendly, thorough and available any time we asked him to take us out to see homes. He helped us negotiate a fair price for the home we bought and kept the purchase process running smoothly. He really shined when we sold our old home. He went above and beyond in helping to do work to prepare our home for sale. He helped organize contractors to do painting and carpet installation. He even dug in and did some of the work himself. We had a reasonable offer after 12 days on the market and sold the home quickly, while other homes in our price range spent more than 30 days on the market.
Description of Work: Brian Cooper helped us buy a new home and sell our old home. He took us around to shop for our new home in neighborhoods in Kirkland, WA. For our new home, we looked in Houghton, Juanita, Downtown Kirkland, and Rose Hill neighborhoods. We dragged Brian back to some homes two or three times before we decided which home to buy. Our old home was in South Juanita. He helped us decide what work to do on the home before we put it on the market, how to set the price and even helped arrange to bring in contractors to do painting and rug installation. When deciding how much to charge for our old home, Brian took us around to look at comparable homes so that we would have the information needed to set a realistic price.
