Our experience with Brian was terrific from start to finish. He was very patient, friendly, thorough and available any time we asked him to take us out to see homes. He helped us negotiate a fair price for the home we bought and kept the purchase process running smoothly. He really shined when we sold our old home. He went above and beyond in helping to do work to prepare our home for sale. He helped organize contractors to do painting and carpet installation. He even dug in and did some of the work himself. We had a reasonable offer after 12 days on the market and sold the home quickly, while other homes in our price range spent more than 30 days on the market.
