Brett showed us a house that met most of our needs, and we applied. We applied to another house as well, as you do in a competitive rental market. We went with the other house as it best fit our needs, and Brett did not take our decision well. We were hit with a string of texts denouncing us as untrustworthy, lying poors. The misspellings would imply that he was shaking with rage. It was explained to us again and again that he did a favor for us, and went as far as to claim his supervisors said to not rent to us. The string read like the words of a jilted lover, exceedingly unprofessional and inappropriate. Brett informed us that he will never give another chance to people with recovering credit. Brett told us that good people don’t go back on their word, when all we did was apply for the home and agree to see the lease offer. Strangely, he Behaved as though he had no other tenants lined up, even with the “risks” he complained about. Brett comes off as abusive from our experience. He conflates business with personal attacks, and set backs are met with hostility. It seems to us that he has deep-seated animosity towards people that are less well off. We do not recommend working with him until he learns how to handle inconvenience with something other than a furious meltdown. $60 in app fees

Brett is a very nice person, however as a property manager I've never encountered such negligence. He was never available and did not return calls or emails until we moved out and he wanted the keys back. Our mailbox was broken in to, and since he isn't required to by Seattle law, Brett made no effort to coordinate a replacement besides showing up once to our townhome with no advance notice. We were not home. When our neighbor purchased a new mail unit for the townhomes, they attempted to contact Brett numerous times to coordinate mailbox key payment and pickup. Brett did not respond to emails and phone-calls from multiple people over the course of two months. We had no mailbox for almost three months and had to pick our mail up at the post office. The unit has such a great location that people are willing to deal with the negligence to live there.

The experience was great. He is very good. He took me shopping on several weekends till I found something. We were shopping since September 2010 and closed in February 2011 and I think that he earned his money. He definitely went the distance with me on that deal. He is experienced, knowledgeable and knows the local market. He runs his own business and can do anything from condominiums to luxury homes. He is actually an independent broker and not an agent, and has that extra training that brokers require. The price was fair and he didn't charge me anything more or less than the market rates. He is quite good and I would highly recommend him.
Description of Work: I have used Brett Frosaker for real estate services. He helped me purchase a house. I actually put in a purchase and sell agreement on four houses and closed on two of them, and he worked with me through all that.
