 + -1 moreThe guy called back promptly, showed to give estimate. Wanted to use water based sealant. He sanded floor down to the fasteners. He missed a large spot in my entry way. I called him many times he promised to come finish the floor. He never showed up, always many excuses. VERY unreliable!! Now it's been a year and half, the floor looks terrible! The worst decision I ever made was to call Boyd flooring.
