Don was responsive with estimate, responding to questions/concerns prior to work commencing, and during the remodel. I chose and purchased bath components and he was helpful in picking up and delivering the items. He made several suggestions during the work that enhanced the final look (additional lighting). Communication regarding arrival times and work process were excellent, and particularly important as remodel was occurring in a condo building. Workers were respectful of the home, cleaning up, etc. The entire project took longer than expected although this was understandable considering that some modifications of the original plan were implemented. Overall very pleased with result and workmanship.
