Bogle and Haak Remodeling

Description of Work: Bath remodel. Replaced tub, vanity, toilet, flooring, mirror, lighting, paint. Removed glass sliding entry door, rebuilt wall with pocket sliding door.

Description of Work: Remodelled small bathroom in 100 year old house, new toilet, floor, vanity. Tore out everything (except the bathtub which was fine), removed old flooring, installed 1/2" plywood and replaced vinyl floor, installed new toilet and vanity, and installed nice shiny tile backsplash. (We supplied the fixtures).

Description of Work: I used Bogle and Haak Remodeling two and half year ago for general re-modeling like install a new window, replaced doors, replaced closets, painted stuff and other handymen type of stuff.

Description of Work: I have been a real estate agent for the past 10 years and whenever my clients need work done prior to selling their homes, I ALWAYS call Don Haak. Don is very easy to work with and I have never been disappointed with the quality of his work. His prices are very reasonably and Don is honest and trustworthy. My clients have been very impressed with his work and I use him at my personal residence whenever I have a project. I have personally used Don for kitchen and bathroom remodeling work, interior and exterior house painting, general repairs, as well as a remodeling project at our office building. Don makes any project easy. He is a problem solver and works hard to make his clients happy. I have always been extremely pleased with the final result. Description of Work: Don Haak of Bogle & Haak Remodeling recently demolished and remodeled our medium sized bathroom. In early October, Don provided a thorough estimate which included a very reasonable cost for labor plus cost of average materials (nothing cheap but nothing extravagant). His part of the bid (for demo and labor) was spot on, but I did spend a little more on materials. The original bid with estimate of materials cost was very helpful though because it helped me think twice when deciding to spend an extra $100 here and $200 there because all adds up very quickly. The bathroom was very dated, was carpeted and had 3 layers of old flooring under the carpet. Don and crew completely gutted our old bathroom down to the studs, covered up a doorway, replaced some mushy flooring, and removed an old door frame between the sink and toilet areas. They installed all new everything -- double vanity, sinks, faucets, tub, shower fixtures, toilet, lighting, new tile for floor and shower and beautiful slab granite tile counter tops. Don and crew completed the entire job in about 2.5 weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas. They were careful to clean up when they were finished working each evening. The job did not include any design work and we did not move any plumbing. I had trouble making design decisions and Don was able to recommend a company to help select tile and cabinet finishes. Don also recommended a cabinet maker who built a custom double vanity cupboard for us. We were very happy that there were no suprise budget issues during the project. The bathroom is beautiful and we are very happy with the work.
