The team at Bodhi Builders was phenomenal. Chris, the owner, was very prompt with coordinating scheduling to work with our families needs and gave me a clear budget for their scope of work - which was easy to follow and beyond agreeable for their level of detail and attentiveness. The team who worked on my house was very courteous and timely in their work. It felt very safe and effortless inviting them to work in our home and the end results were beyond what I could have imagined. The craftsmanship was astounding and the project was completed exceeding all expectations. I will be calling Bodhi Builders to help with any future projects we have on our house!

I heard about Bodhi Builders though my sister, they did some home renovations for her, so I employed the company to do a full build out on my new house. They put in a small addition, along with full updated window package, minor foundation work, full plumbing/electrical and full interior buildout that included cabinetry. First, my experience with Chris and his staff was exceptional. They were extremely professional, on time, transparent and kept me well informed. I felt like I was a part of the build from start to finish and was in control of my budget throughout the process. Chris is also a great a designer and understands what might work best in any given situation. His attention to detail and vast knowledge on an array of topics gave me options I wouldn't otherwise have had. Second, the craftsmanship was amazing! This really upped the value of my home both look and price. The quality was worth every penny! Would definitely recommend and use in future projects!

I knew my basement needed a remodel but first I had to figure out how and why water was continuing to seep in at the corner of my foundation. After spending 10K in new drainage outside of my house hoping to stop the water intrusion and finding it did not, felt defeated and had no idea where to turn next. I had heard about Chris and Bodhi Builders through some friends and decided to give him a call. Chris came out and asked if he could pull out a section of wall where the water was before we discussed my "vision" for downstairs. First thing was stopping water. He knew right away what the problem was and it was simple - old deck flashing was allowing water to get trapped and it was making its' way down the wall (inside) onto the floor. I don't know how the prior two companies I had out missed this but needless to say, I felt so much relief because I could see the issue myself and with Chris' explanation it made it much easier to digest. Chris and I finished the walkthrough with what I wanted to accomplish and he and his crew fit me into their schedule. Peach of mind was on the way. Throughout my time with Chris and the crew, learned the team has extensive design and build crossover with the restaurant industry apart from residential work which only adds to their artistic eye and craftsmanship. This is a well tenured group that I will bring back when I remodel my upstairs baths and kitchen. Thank you, Chris and Bodhi Builders for making my 1976 wood panel, sliver and spider filled basement, airtight cozy and modern times, relevant. Secondly, for showing me my relatively new 25k deck that I had done 4 years prior by a team I thought were professionals, was not so sturdy and giving me piece of mind by reinforcing it and getting it SAFE for my family!
