Bob Hedlund

Bob is like the helpful cousin you never had who knows a ton about Seattle and how to buy and fix-up a house. We first met Bob at an open house in Ballard and immediately got a great vibe. He was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about the market. We were looking to work with someone who wouldn't pressure us into a house we didn't want, and someone who would be patient with us and offer sage advice as we looked at countless numbers of craftsman homes. When we started looking at houses together, Bob would break out things we never knew about renovating. I think he said he was a contractor for awhile so he would always be the first, for example, to pull up the heating grate to see if we could get one more refinishing done on that floor. He was honest with us when we ran into a house with a lot of lurking problems and never glossed over important details. Bob's true value to us came down to the actual buying period. Our house was only on the market for four days and Bob knew exactly how to play it to make sure our offer would compete with all the other offers. It was a super stressful time but Bob kept in constant contact with us... and at the end of the four days we got our house thanks to Bob. Since we moved in, Bob has continued to be of help since we've run into a couple minor issues. Also, we adopted two new cats into our new home and we named the youngest Heddi - after Bob!
