Excellent. Went to their store twice; each time was greeted promptly. The person working there was able to help me match existing trim as closely as possible, explained some differences, and was overall very helpful. Pricing was great - very reasonable. I was treated in a friendly and professional manner, even though I was only making a small purchase!
