They provided full design services on the two projects, they are super-easy to work with, they provide brilliant and cost-effect solutions, and my contractor loves working with them!

Our 1946 1-1/2 story home had two bedrooms and a half bath, with original finishes, in the upper half-story. Bjarko Serra did a great drawing for a dormer, which allowed conversion of the half-bath into a three-quarter, and some other modifications to make the bedrooms more livable.

Y2K, we bought a lot to develop into four condos. BjarkoSerra collaborated with us and came up with a great plan, the project was completed in 2001 and was nominated for AIA Home of the Year, we received a Nice Modernist Award from Dwell Magazine, we sold the units out and three of the original owners stayed for at least nine years.
They have a lot of great ideas, but they aren't trying to build "their" project, they sincerely are trying to help you build yours. We have recommended them to many satisfied homeowners since.
