Bill prides himself on being on time and arrived at my home a little early. He got right to work, removing the screens and cleaning them as we had agreed. I had decided to have only the outside windows cleaned. There are some difficult areas such as garden windows and a sun room. Bill tackled all and didn't quit or pause until all the work was done. Bill is friendly and pleasant to work with. I felt the price he charged was very reasonable and I will certainly use his services again. The windows are sparkling like they haven't in a very long time and I am so glad I found Bill.
