Beth was recommended to me by a friend and has certainly lived up to her reputation. Beth is totally reliable, extremely hard working, and very professional. Because Beth is exceptionally honest and trustworthy, she has a key to my house and cleans regularly whether I am home or not. I found it quite exceptional that, after cleaning my house for a while, Beth found she didn't need to spend as much time as ahe had originally thought. As a result, she shortended the time and lowered her fee!! Beth is also friendly and pleasant. In addition, she always follows through on extra things I need her to do, even though the requests are often left as a note.

Beth has been a very consistent and high quality house keeper for the last 6 years. Beth shows up every week on time to clean. We have given her a key to the house and totally trust her to clean when we are not home or on vacation. I highly recommend Beth.

This person was not honest about the amount of time she spent cleaning. She was only at my house 3 hours per alarm panel. Plus I had provided a tip. Since I am paying her for the cleaning I thought it was appropriate for me to leave list of things that she had clearly not done in previous cleanings. She replied that she does. If so, her idea of clean and mine are quite different.

"I told the member that the cleaning would take 3 hours. When the amount of payment began to fluctuate at each cleaning, I reminded her that even with the additional tasks she was requesting she only had to pay me for 3 hours. I have been cleaning homes for 15 years. Many of my clients have been with almost that long. I work hard to build relationships based on mutual trust and respect. I am not only trusted to do a good job cleaning,but I am trusted with house keys and security codes. This kind of misunderstanding has never happened before, and I am certain it will not happen again"

We had gone through many housecleaners for several years until we hired Beth three years ago to clean our house once a week. Beth has consistently provided us with quality home cleaning. Beth is pleasant, punctual, trustworthy and very good with pets. We are extremely picky when it comes to a clean house and Beth has met all of our expectations. We have recommended Beth to two of our neighbors and they also are very happy with her service and quality of cleaning.
