Bedrooms & More

My new home has very little storage, so I needed a bed with drawers. And I needed a new mattress.  After shopping for both extensively online and to a lesser degree in stores I remembered Bedrooms And More.  So glad I did.  Pam helped me select the right mattress (ended up with Latex - had been considering memory foam) and a frame.  She was patient as I weighed all my options, and quite personable.  She also recommended mattress pad and duvet to help keep me cool (I'm one of those hot sleepers).  And bamboo sheets.  So I'm all set except for pillows, but that was enough for one day, and I had pillows I could work with short-term.
Turns out the sheets I wanted didn't come in the color I wanted, so I went back to look a different options another day, and the gentleman who helped me was just as friendly.
Then, last week, I went back for the missing piece of my sleep ensemble: shredded latex pillows.  Again, great service, recommendations, and in no way pushing the highest price option.
Oh, and I changed my mind about the color of the frame after it was delivered and set up in my bedroom.  They swapped it out for the other color - I only had to pay for delivery (which was waived the first time around).  Delivery guys (both times) were prompt, courteous and efficient.
I have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

I've used Bedrooms and More twice and will soon go back for a third transaction!
1st time: I accepted a new job that required us to move from DC to Seattle. Initially I would be coming out alone and would be bringing nothing but what could fit into the car as we had decided to start over with furniture. I arranged for an apartment and then, after checking various sources, decided on Bedrooms and More to buy a futon and futon frame so I'd have something to sit and sleep on when I got to Seattle. I spoke with them on the phone and purchased (sight unseen) a full-size frame (Night & Day Vancouver) and, after consulting with the sales person about the options, a full-size futon mattress. I asked for them to be delivered on the day I was scheduled to take possession of the apartment (early January 2014). No problems at all - I called the day before to confirm the schedule and they delivered on time. It's been so long that I've forgotten the prices, but I did compare their price on Night & Day products (futon frames and bedroom furniture) and they were less expensive than Wayfair.
2nd time: The rest of the family was getting set to join me so it was time to buy more furniture. This time I visited Bedrooms and More's store to shop for a king-size platform bed, mattress, and some bedroom storage. The sales staff was very helpful and arranged for a convenient delivery time. Having learned my lesson from the futon frame, this time I also paid for assembly service for the bed frame!
I'm very happy with the quality of the service provided and products sold at Bedrooms and More. We've just bought a house, so I'll be headed back to Wallingford to pick up a dresser and more bedding.

We had problems with the first box spring and it took two weeks to get the right one.
Communications was poor resulting a considerable hard ship with out access to my handicap accessible bed room.
only when I threatened them with a bad Angies list review did the manager get involved  and  our problem was solved in a timely manner.
The Manager did send a apology email and the salesperson followed up with a apology phone call.

With family coming in to stay with us on short notice, my wife and I decided to convert a room in our house from an office to a bedroom, so we needed a bedroom set pronto.
Although the store appeared small from the outside, the selection of furniture and bedding inside was surprisingly good.
Saleslady Linda Benyak listened attentively to our requirements, and calmly walked us through the various options in a very professional, informative and friendly manner.  There was no sense of sales pressure - or that she might be taking any advantage of our short time frame to make hurried, uninformed decisions.  We felt that she was genuine and helpful.  If there was any question she could not answer fully (there were very few), she would excuse herself briefly and obtain the complete answer.  We left feeling confident that we had made a good choice.  She followed-up later by phone to confirm the delivery schedule.  The delivery went well, and we received everything in good order and in time.

I had had prior experience with this store a few months ago when my waterbed sprung a leak. They were so nice and helpful at that time that when I needed to change to a regular bed I returned after going to a few other mattress stores and looking on line. My wife and I went to the store on Saturday morning intending to attend their free mattress information class at 9:30 and to look at beds. We had previously looked at their website and had a prettty good idea what we were interested in. Sean helped us and was very informative - to the point we felt we should just skip the class. We looked at a number of beds and mattresses with Sean's help. He was not pushy in the least and gave us time alone to talk several times when it was decision time. We liked the prices and quality of the beds and furniture there so we ended purchasing a bed, mattress and a dresser. They were all delivered a few days later at our home near Woodinville - quite a distance from the store. There was no charge for the delivery but the set up did cost us $60. The 2 person crew were nice, informative, and did a good job overall, arrving a little early for the 2 hr window they had given me the night before but calling ahead. I felt it was worth the money. The only problem was that the salesperson forgot to tell us that an end panel that was on the bed on the showroom floor was an "extra". When I called about it the salesperson was kind enough to discount it because he forgot to mention it. Overall a good experience and a good value for the bed and mattress when compared to the rpices on line and at other stores. I can reccommend this store to anyone in the future.

Update:  Outof the blue in August I received a letter and a check from them as they had audited their books and found that the delivery had been made at hour home in another county which has a much lower sales tax rate than Seattle.  The company could have simply sent the sales tax to the state - much less of a hassle for them.  Instead they went to the trouble of sending me a letter and a check for the difference.  Very impressive - and I got over $65 back!

I have purchased two beds in the past from two other companies. Bedrooms and More was the place of my third and recent purchase. The previous purchases were 12 years ago. I was very impressed with their sales technique. They focus on the client without any heavy sales pressure - very casual and conversational. The sales people are very knowledgeable regarding their products. They spent a lot of time with me and were not the least bit stressed about this. I bought a new mattress and a captain's bed. Don't forget new pillows. Their pillows are amazing too. This new bed and mattress are an amazing improvement in my sleep and therefore my health. The bed was delivered to a small bedroom on the 3rd floor of my townhouse. The delivery people were very careful with. I was extremely satisfied with my entire experience here.

It took three weeks to order it but thats exactly how long they said it would take. Everything went great except the truck loader forgot to load a part for the bed frame so they couldn't put it together. So they gave me a different bed frame free of charge to use until I can get the part for the bed frame I originally ordered. They were very helpful in getting it sorted out. The manager explained everything to me about what they were going to do.

When I moved into my new condo, my bedroom was a lot smaller than my old one so I had to have my bed frame cut down. Bedrooms & More did a great job and they gave me a great price.
