Bassett Furniture

I am very pleased with the assistance we got from both the store and the warehouse people. Whenever I stopped in the store with a friend there was someone there to help me show off what pieces I had ordered. They were always polite and courteous to me and my friends. My furniture arrived on the date they said it would and the warehouse stored it for me for almost a month while I had major remodeling done in the room. Delivery went very well. The men covered their shoes, which I appreciated because my rug is white. They were very respectful of all my questions and my asking them to move a piece two inches in one direction or another. The furniture was in excellent condition and out of the 9 pieces, I only found 2 minor flaws. They had someone come out to fix them within 2 days of my notification of these flaws. The store has called me twice to make sure that there were no more problems found and if I was still pleased with furniture. This is the finest furniture I have found in many years of looking. It is solid wood, no pressed board or other man made boards in the pieces. All the drawers have dust covers and glide very easily.
