I was very happy with their services. They were very efficient and completed the whole job in 1 days? time. They were fast in estimating as well as completing the job. I will use their services in future.

The original stain requested took 4 months on back-order and arrived in the wrong stain. After having to choose a new color instead of waiting another 4 months, they delivered the product late. When we ordered stair treads to match the floors, they cut them incorrectly and we had to re-order. When the treads were to be picked up, they weren't in the warehouse and we had to return again for them. They were unable to match the stain for our stair treads even with their formula as they used the wrong base plywood for the treads. At this point we were behind construction schedule and had to hire a separate company to create and stain new treads for us. They also did not have the correct heat registered that matched the floors delivered and we had to return and order them from another company and specialty match them as well. It was a nightmare.

They are the best source for bamboo floors and fencing. They are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Their prices are reasonable. They were very helpful and courteous.

I thought for the quality, we got the best price! It took us three months to decide. Every time I called them with a question, they would get right back to me with an answer. When they came out to do the estimate, they did a great job with our dogs. We explained that the floor had to be done really well because of the dogs, and they just did a really good job. They were here on time every day. We would not hesitate to hire them again.
