I made the phone call and took the existing part over and he custom fabricated it for me. It only took a couple days and it seems better than the rest of the bed frame. Cal is a real people person and I felt very comfortable working with him. Overall he is a great person to work with and has a great customer relationship.

I took measurements in and within a few days I got a call to pick it up. It fit perfectly and looks great! New stainless steel appliance for $50!! The folks at to Ballard Sheet Metal were all friendly and competent. I'd do business with them again anytime!

The lead person, Cal, could not have been better. Plus he called into his office the man he wanted to do the job and asked him if he could as well as by when. And he did it in less than 2 days! By the day before the one forecast for 96 degrees. I was thrilled.

They were great, from start to finish. We worked together on a design for the back splash, they came over to measure and brought a mock-up (which looked terrific) and came back a few days later to install. The whole process took less than a week! It looks so wonderful in our kitchen, and we get oohs and aahs from all of our guests when they see it! We couldn't be happier!

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE VARIOUS SELECTIONS. THEY ALSO PUT IN CONTACT WITH SOME STEEL ARTIST. THE WORK WAS SCHEDULED AND DELIVERED ON TIME AND THE WORK WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PRECISE.
