Scott was supposed to lay my hardwood floors and finish them. He laid the floors and did a coat of finish. Two more coats of water based protection is needed. He seems to have disappeared. I have left messages, called him and absolutely NOTHING returned in any response. I am incredibly disappointed in his lack of professionalism, his refusal to be responsible for finishing a job that I paid him $6700 for, leaving my new white oak floors unprotected and in all being a HUGE IRRESPPONSIBLE person. I wouldn't have expected that of him. His father used to be in the business as well and had a good reputation. This is a lousy way of treating customers. I would like to find him but the address he posts isn't his address. What does anyone suggest out there who has had similar experiences.?
