The flowers themselves the white roses had brown tinges on them they didn't look fresh I had a bunch of red roses that the stems had been destroyed. I will not order from them again they were not terrible but they were not what I expected. The price was high and the flowers were not fresh at all.

They are great! They are a little bit spendy, but it is completely worth it. They never make mistakes and they always send flowers that are fresh. I've used them for about 20 years. They are a Ballard institution.

The widow called to thank me for the flowers. She said they were gorgeous and very fragrant and she had placed them in her entryway. I talked with her a few days later and she made the same comment, so she was very comforted by the flowers. She said they were tastefully arranged.

The person I spoke with at Ballard Blossom went above and beyond the call of duty by helping me decide what to send. Here's where they really went the extra mile: They called the hospital and found out that my client was still in intensive care on Saturday and could not accept flowers. They rescheduled the delivery for Monday when my client was moved out of intensive care. I'll be calling Ballard Blossom next time I need flowers in Seattle. Ballard Blossom is wonderful. We have ordered over the phone, the internet, and in person. The have a huge selection, their staff is very friendly and very creative. Their arrangements are beautiful. Their delivery service is reliable and their prices are competitive. We know when we order from them we can trust the quality of the arrangement and that they will be delivered on time.

I would give this company another chance as they were very nice. A bit pricey, I thought.
