B Smart Appliance

B Smart Appliance was a few minutes early. He was on the phone with a client when he rang the bell and continued to be on the phone when I answered the door. He walked in the house and didn't remove his shoes. We have a rack next to the door for shoes as we take them off as we enter the house. He walked over to the dishwasher and looking at it without talking to me. He then stayed on the call for another 5 minutes. He didn't waste time when looking at the issue, but he stayed on his call. I didn't think it was very professional. Then I realized that it is probably a small company and that he doesn't have any assistants so he has to answer the calls. Other than that he was really good. He worked through the issue and told me what I could do in the future to prevent it. Like the soap I could use that would be better. He didn't charge me for labor or parts, because there really wasn't any. He was in and out in like 20 minutes. I would use him again. It was just him being on the call and not taking off his shoes. Other than that he was good.
