We first met John about 4-5 years ago when a friend of a friend recommended Ava Design Build. We had a small walk in closet we wanted to convert into an en suite. It was a tight fit but John came up with an excellent design so it has all the function of a bigger space. We liked his workmanship so much we had him back over the years to remodel our small kitchen and add storage to our laundry room. As the prior reviewer states, John is a very tidy workman, everything is left super clean. In our case, my husband and I were overwhelmed by choices (which tiles, granite, flooring, etc) and were impressed that John would select a few samples he thought would be to our taste and help us narrow things down. So happy with everything he did.

They have very good interest to detail and they keep a very tidy work site. They communicate clearly with the budget and the work to accomplish what you want to while staying in budget. He takes a lot of pride in his work and he is super.
