It went wonderful!! We went in not knowing what to buy and Amber in the showroom was the best. She made you feel special and at ease. Her expertise is outstanding! We left the store with our purchases very satisfied. Some items needed to be ordered, but came in during the time Amber had said they would arrive. She kept us up to date with either a phone call/email. The plumbing installer was very professional and knowledgeable. We will be calling them back for help with more plumbing needs after the remodel.

These folks were great! We went in looking for a drain to fit a challenging somewhat atypical bathroom sink and they were patient in finding out just what our sink was like, and then found a drain that would fit. They explained the installation in simple terms so we knew what to expect. The drain fit perfectly and was as easy to install as they said. We'll definitely go back to these folks when we need anything like this in the future.

had to wait several days for service because their “sump pump specialist” wouldn’t be back to work until…. before this specialist did the work, i suggested taking off sliding doors to closet, getting his shop vac out etc… he said “oh no I don’t need to do that”. he disconnected my pump, he could barely fit in space because of doors. he took my pump apart and **** water flew all over. then he proceeded to tell me that my pump was over kill and that it was NOT a grinder unit!!! he didn’t know first thing about Saniflo cubic 1 pump. never worked on one, never saw one, though he acted like he knew what he was doing!!! what a jerk. something has gone wrong with aurora plumbing. they helped build two of my bathrooms in 2002, when Don was there. when Don left, their service went from high quality to never use them again. sorry that i put faith in them to know what they were doing. lastly, my pump had same issue within a month of their service.

They did a very good job. It was a fancy toilet, it was $600 plus installation. Doing all the faucets in the house, they were about $50 each. They didn't leave any mess, they cleaned up. The guy even wore little booties. They were very good. They even got rid of the old toilet and didn't charge me any extra for that. They did a wonderful job on the faucets. He replaced the plastic with stainless so all the balls are stainless and they won't wear out like the plastic.

Kitchen: on time, professional, friendly, clean, tidy, etc. Bathroom: the faucets I selected didn't fit in the hole. They were returned, cost refunded and new ones ordered (they should arrive soon). Kitchen sink: ordered: installation pending.

I have used Aurora Plumbing before with success! Wow what a difference. They cleared the sewer blockage but then "found" another problem. II was told that I needed side sewer work as the house sewer and the side sewer did not meet, due to a very stressful day and a hard sell, I agreed. The hole they dug and the new fixture cost about $7000. I had two other bids to finish the work which would have cost me another $12000. My other bids for the hole were for $1500-$2000. When I objected to Aurora Plumbing. ( as they did not fill the hole, did not finish the side sewer drain out fixture) they "dropped the price to $5400. I had a new side sewer line installed and another hole dug with another clean out all for $7500 instead of $5400. + $12000' which it would have cost me if I had not "fired" Aurora Plumbing

I called because I wasn't sure if I needed a plumber. They told me to come and have the defective part checked out at their store. I did that and they supplied a replacement part at a very reasonable price, and told me how to install it. It worked!

I can not say enough about the professional, knowledgeable manner in which Tyler and Robert presented themselves. They were personable, friendly and engaged. They explained everything perfectly so that there was no doubt what they were going to do. When they finished, the trouble shot their work, making sure it was perfect!!! 5 Star!

Most went ok but plumber had full access to visually inspect old metal p trap and did not recognize that the threads were deteriorated where new drain was to tie into it. Consequently water leaked into down stairs causing the ceiling and floor to get very wet. Minor thing tub spout was installed about an inch off center. Called another plumber, he came out, identified the problem immediately, installed a completely new p trap, problem solved.
