I had my 1996 mustang gt clutch replaced at this shop. It was a complete hack job that spanned 10 visits from everett to aurora and 3 seperate clutch installs that all were worse then the last. I paid almost $1000 to have him "rehab" my clutch. I bought all new adjustable cable, quadrant, and firewall adjuster among other items to fix a high clutch. I never had any vibration nor any issues their installs started introducing to my vehicle. After 2 months of constant mess ups including sending me on my way with a destroyed passenger exhaust gasket leaking into my cabin from their negligence of smashing the gasket inbetween the mid pipe and exhaust header. The minute I left his shop from the first visit I had all sorts of issues that were never happening before. I let him know before I got the job done whatever I need to buy lets do it. I want a brand new clutch no matter what needs replaced. After dealing with the owner for 2 months I demanded a refund or was going to take action in court. He happily refunded me I would learn why later on and I bought all new performance parts including a new flywheel and stage 1 clutch kit. once I got my car apart and got into his installation It was pretty obvious why I was having so many issues. The owner talks alot even when you are telling the guy you can't afford to keep driving two cars over 2 months from everett to seattle one of which in extremely poor operating condition worsening with each visit. After calling today to let him know I fixed my clutch and it's driving well but we had some issues as he never installed a rear main seal, never flushed my tranny fluid which I would have happily paid for my car has 130,000 miles when I said I wanted to rehab the clutch I didn't mean slap the cheapest of everything in my car and shake it apart then top my tranny fluid off. He said next you're gonna ask why I didn't change you're rear end fluid which is a huge stretch the transmission is a part of a good clutch install I told him I wanted a good job and that I did not get buyer beware I thought his ratings and the initial conversation we had was enough to ascertain that I didn't want a cheap rush job. Brought in my car to see if they could replace just the flex pipe, (other shops wanted to replace the whole pipe.) They said they could, and had one in stock. Asked me when I wanted it done, I told him the soonest available time, he said how about now. They cut off the old one and welded on a new one. He said it might take a couple hours, so I walked to Green Lake and walked around the lake. He called just as I finished my walk and said it was done. That's what I call great service!

Fast and very reasonably priced. Car has been shifting smoothly since the replacement and the error code no longer pops up. The first person that answered the phone was unfriendly and said no appointment was available until several days later. We called back after not finding an earlier alternative but the second person was very friendly and said we could bring the car in the next day. I scored them based on the second person and the work completed.

went very smoothly. They got us in and out the same day. very professional and nice guys as well. spotted some possible future problems un-related to clutch and alerted us to them. would go back (but hope I don't have to any time soon...) good warranty at 2 years/24,000 miles.

The technician concluded that the transmission needed attention from someone expert on transmission repair. He gave me the name of trustworthy transmission repair service in the neighborhood.

My transmission went out on the way home from Everett, and I was in a situation of awaiting a tow. I called Aurora Clutch and Auto for an estimate, with the possibility of having them do the work. I only had a few minutes to await an estimate, and they had to call a third party to obtain the cost. Within a couple of minutes, they called me back with a figure. It was a reasonable estimate, but I opted to stay with the dealership. Reason was primarily proximity to home and the offer of a courtesy vehicle while mine was being repaired. I would not hesitate to go to Aurora Cluthc and Auto in the future. Very helpful, profession and quick in their response.

We only took our car there a few times, but they were great! They were pretty inexpensive and we felt like we could trust them.

I found these folks on Angie's list although they did not indicate that they could handle my problem I called them anyway for a referral. Good guys know good guys, right? Well, they ansswered the phone immediately and sent me over to Automotive Inc. where my problem was resolved quickly and inexpensively. I will review that experience under a separate evaluation. I have a clutch problem brewing and, you know what, I'll call Aurora Clutch and More. Good guys hang around with good guys, right? *** Way to go Aurora Clutch!! ***

They have done a good job! They are very honest mechanics.

I had called around several places but these guys were about $100 less. I cold called them after searching Angie's List and I am glad I did. A the price was reasonable. And B they accommodate my schedule. I never met him but they went the extra mile for me. They vacuumed my car and even followed up with me a few days later (by phone) to make sure everything was running well. The whole experience was great!

Great service. Friendly and patient shop, willing to answer my questions to help me know what to do. They seemed very much above board and reliable. I'd highly recommend them again.

This place isn't fancy. Its just a garage with mechanics. But they were good, evaluated my car issue promptly and for free, and then gave an estimate that was lass than half of what it would have cost me at the dealer. The work was performed on time, they didn't gouge me on the parts, and they didn't try to upsell me anything else. Also, the 10% Angie's list coupon made the experience 10% better. It turned out extremely well. They do a good job and they charge a little less than most. They are very nice people to work with. They provide extremely high value. If you call ahead they can do a lot more types of work than just clutches.

Friendly and knowledgeable technicians told me what the plan was for my transmission inspection, and when I could pick up my car. They did not try to up sell me services I did not need, and my car was ready when promised.

These guys did a great job of quickly identifying a radiator problem and proposing a solution - needed a new part from the manuf. and an hour or so of labor. Great price.

The clutch was not engaging on my 1986 Full Sized Bronco. I brought it in on the same day I called. He looked at it right away. All it needed was hydrolic fluid. He filled it, made sure it was working and sent me on my way at no charge. I will definately take my vehicles back when they need service. Really good!

They are a small operation, but were very responsive. I had to leave the car overnight, but that was to be expected as a new radiator had to be ordered and delivered. I had follow up issues as my battery would not hold a charge. They asked me to bring the car back and did some diagnostics, and told me I likely had a bad battery. I took the car into the place I had purchased the battery, and this turned out to be the case.

Derek was not only very pleasant and personable to deal with, he was professional and knowledgable about the pros and cons of repairing my 1990 Corrolla. Not pushy in the slightest. He provided me with an excellent price that was about 33% less than another auto repair store I had consulted with and had previously used several times. He also went out of his way to try and get me replacement hub caps. I really can't recommend them enough.

He took the time to do a free half hour diagnosis. She was told that the problem was fairly big, and he looked it over to understand it and told us some things that others had not picked up on. He went over our options and came up with the least expensive solution. Now the car is running great and he did a great job all around.
