Excellent counter service. I was able to buy the tile myself (the homeowner) rather then have to go through the installer (like at Pental) and the prices were good for the high quality brands

We really could not be any happier with the value and service we recieved from Art Tile.  The professionalism of their install team was second to none with a 'what ever it takes' approach once the project kicked off.
Was not our first time buying tile from them, but was our first time using their install services.
Overall Highly recommended.

I love Art Tile. They arrived when they said they would. The guys are personable and take into consideration your ideas. We had some work done 4 or 5 years ago and were thrilled to find out the same installer would be doing our kitchen floor. I think it speaks highly of a place that it keeps its good employees. They might not be the cheapest but they are masters at what they do. We have an old house with an addition so it required them to take the time to make things even. And we ended up with a new beautiful kitchen floor. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Their knowledge stands out and options; the amount of tiles that they have. I have been back to them a couple of times.

Superb quality. Everyone at Art Tile was helpful--from the time I spent browsing to ordering tile to coordinating installation dates to the tile setting and final grout work. They were willing to work around my schedule and installed the Wedi board at the same time the sheet rock work was done. Del did a fantastic job lining up cut tiles to avoid awkward grout lines, even with crooked walls and a very deep inset window. Aaron checked in regularly and came to the rescue with an extra piece of another type of tile to make the windowsill perfect. The tile work looks flawless, and there was zero mess left at the end. I highly recommend the crew at Art Tile.

Art Tile are artists in my opinion. They tiled my shower and helped me pick the tile and grout color. The scope changed during their work and they made the changes and it looks beautiful. They're on the expensive side but you definitely get what you pay for and the timeline was shortened and they still were able to make the deadline. Definitely love the work they did.

Full selection, helpful sales people, just one problem: the price would vary from one day to next, based on who you asked. We finally bought the tile because they agreed to honor the lower price we had been quoted earlier.

They were excellent. They are not cheap but they are not the most expensive either. I would tell anyone to hire them.

I was really impressed with expertise and professionalism of the Art Tile installation team, as well as the ideas and help received from the showroom staff with a problematic 1940s bathroom. The bathroom required some challenging problem solving to find the right material to work with the original molding around the tub and floor tile and to install it without damaging the concrete set molding tile around the tub or the inset soap dish. Had there been any breakage of these items that were to remain, then the whole job could have been much, much larger, as it would have required replacing the floor tile and the molding or edge tile around the tub and around the walls. The vanity also had some challenges as it had been created from a cabinet that had been a piece of furniture. Linda in the showroom found a marble to match the unmatchable existing molding tile and an accent strip to use to tie it all together with an off white background tile. Del as the installer was meticulous in removing the 1970s vintage tile that had been install over just the lath and plaster walls. His precision cutting out of the lath and plaster allowed for replacing the lath and plaster with appropriate and quot;Wedi boardand quot; to prevent future moisture related deterioration of the walls. His installation of the tile in the no longer level bath alcove was so perfect that no one would detect the fact that the walls had not be perfectly vertical nor that the tub was no longer level horizontally.
I had to go into the showroom many times looking for a combination of tiles that would work for this situation and everyone was always extremely helpful without being pushy and very patient with my struggles to find just the right materials to use. While there may be a lot of skilled tilers available, knowing that the installers at Art Tile are not subcontractors but have worked for them for many years perfecting their skills, gave me confidence to let them tackle this tricky job. I highly recommend Art Tile!

I am building a house and also have rental properties. They are fantastic. You can get less expensive tile at other stores, but I take my details to Art Tile and get expert advice. As a do-it-yourself builder I am willing to pay for the advice that is invaluable.

Cliff (and members of his staff) worked with us to develop a design (colors, textures, materials, etc.) to complete two bathrooms (an existing bath into a guest bath and a new master bath). The master bath included a large granite tile walk-in shower. They scheduled the work and arrived as promised. The installer (Dell) had to do a substantial amount of squaring up and leveling the spaces in our older home. He did more adjusting to the oddities during tile installation. The spaces look terrific! He even added a little more tile in an area that was not in the original scope. He did an excellent job!!

PROFESSIONAL SALES STAFF, AND THE INSTALLATION WAS ADEQUATE, ALTHOUGH NOT PERFECT. THERE ARE A FEW PLACES WHERE SMALL TILES ARE SLIGHTLY CROOKED. TILE STILL LOOKS GOOD AND HAS PERFORMED WELL.

VERY BUSY PLACE. I WAS HELPED A GREAT DEAL THE FIRST TIME I WENT IN, BUT WHEN I CAME BACK WITH MY TILES TO BE SANDED DOWN, THE PERSON WHO HELPED ME SEEMED RUDE AND PESSIMISTIC. I ALMOST TOOK THE TILES AWAY, BUT DECIDED TO RISK IT. I WASN'T TOO HAPPY WITH HIS ATTITUDE.
