Matt, who is a metal-worker in addition to being a locksmith, figured out how to take the custom handle apart, diagnose why the latch wasn't working, replace the latch mechanism with a new one, fix the loose part of the handle assembly and put it all back together so it works perfectly. Nothing in my house is "standard" so finding service providers who are able to fix stuff is always a challenge. These guys are great!

Several months ago when I paid Mike Angelo, one of your locksmiths, $126.00 plus tax for a padlock. I mailed my lock to Argen's to be rekeyed for the third time from the Northgate Post Office July 18, 2008. When we last spoke, he told me the box containing the lock that had been mailed to me from the Northgate Post Office had been on your desk for bout a week, which means that, September 20,2008, the lock has been in his possession for about 64 days.

"I apologize for the inconvenience this must have caused you. We did attempt numerous times to contact you to let you know the lock was ready and to find out how you would like us to get it back to you."
