Arcie Arts

I had searched and shopped for counter tops and had even had 4 companies come out and bid. I didn't like that none of them were really interested in what I wanted as much as what they wanted me to buy, do, and Pay. Then, I heard about Rich and Arcie Arts, and had him come out. We talked about what I wanted and he educated me on much of the stuff the other shops didn't want you to know. He didn't put any limitations in the design process, simply explained why some things cost more than others, and what the alternatives were etc. No judgment pushing high or low, just letting me know and make an informed decision. Also, a rarity to design and deal with the actual person who is going to be overseeing the crew doing the work. Everyone else has sales people completely separate from installers, in fact at most places the two groups don't even communicate well. Here you deal straight with the man doing the job. We were able to piece together a process and selection where I got everything I wanted and was still able to get it for less than other places generics. Very, very happy. They are very nice and truly care about their customers. Rich came out once for free to repair something I had messed up. (Of course I paid him for coming out even though he didn't ask for it.) They are also no B.S. So they aren't going to play games with you. Take care of these guys, and they will take good care of you. If you are looking at any stone work, not just counter tops, these guys do it; floors, bathrooms, heck even some fountains and sculptures. They will treat you right.
