I've taken my watch here for several years, when it needed a new battery, and they've always taken good care of me and my watch. Made the mistake of taking it somewhere else this year for a new battery, and the other shop used a battery that was too large, breaking a retaining screw. When I noticed the watch wasn't working, I took it back here, and they fixed it while I waited.
