Description of Work: They were not able to provide the outdated mechanism of a prized, inscribed clock. The troublesome thing was that they also lost the little cover on the back. They tried to patch it with paper and scotch tape, but that ruined any attempt I might have been able to make to keep it as a momento, even if it did not operate.

 + -1 moreI've taken my watch here for several years, when it needed a new battery, and they've always taken good care of me and my watch. Made the mistake of taking it somewhere else this year for a new battery, and the other shop used a battery that was too large, breaking a retaining screw. When I noticed the watch wasn't working, I took it back here, and they fixed it while I waited.
Description of Work: Repaired my watch and replaced battery.
